At Upscale Consignment, we take pride in the unique nature of our curated home furnishings. Due to the consignment nature of our business, all sales are final, though we offer a 48-hour approval period for select high-value items to ensure they fit perfectly in your space.

Return Process

  Inspection and Documentation

  Thoroughly inspect your furniture upon delivery or pickup and document any discrepancies immediately with our team.

  Contact Support

  If an item qualifies for our 48-hour approval window, email our support team with your order number and reason for return.

• 3.
  Return Authorization

  Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization number which must accompany the item during its transport back to our showroom.

• 4.
  Safe Transport

  Items must be returned in their original condition via a professional mover or personal transport within 3 business days of authorization.
