This  14 karat yellow gold plate open heart pendant has been rhodium plated along the front to create a two-tone look - bright white on the front, warm yellow on the back. Along the front are marquise-shaped settings with beaded milgrained edges. Each of these settings is bead set with one hand-cut polki diamond, fifteen diamonds in all, that measure ~1.10mm in diameter and collectively weigh .07 carats. Set at the top of the open-heart design is one 2.50mm round blue sapphire gemstone weighing .08 carats. The overall dimensions with the bail are 1"(l) x .675"(w).
